Services Provided

AP Sherratt provides marketing, branding, web design, and digital strategy services. All project scopes, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement or Quote before work commences.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the property of AP Sherratt. Upon full payment for design or web projects, ownership of the final creative assets is maintained by AP Sherratt, while AP Sherratt allows the client to utilise work supplied indefinitely.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide the necessary information, assets (images/copy etc.), and feedback when requested. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing client input.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt and confirmation of the invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services or take down hosted websites if payments are overdue.

Liability

AP Sherratt is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or website. We provide our services "as is" and do not guarantee specific financial results from marketing campaigns.

Governing Laws

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
